• Customized products (e.g., special sizes or colors) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• If there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos.

💸 Refund Method:
• After inspecting the product and confirming its condition, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days via the same payment method, or as otherwise agreed with the customer.
